• Build and Send Your Report - Within 24 hours of your viewing, you will receive a comprehensive evaluation report. Inside this report will be comparable listings, price adjustments, and our listing strategy including different list price options.
• List Your Home - If you choose to list your home, we will discuss the strategies best suited for your property and proceed with your listing
